Couchsurfing is an amazing social network. It's a network of travelers with a growing number of members (around 600 000).
The idea is to provide free accommodation to nearby travelers, advises, organise activities, show around, organise meetings and gatherings, sports, concerts, sauna nights, winter swimming...
The Helsinki local community is great. Lots of really nice people, openhearted, openminded, always up for new stuffs.

Sometimes we hosts some people and bring them with us to these events.
